**Location:** 2600 Lucien Way, Maitland, FL, 32751 - in-office requirement 1 day per week on Mondays
**The role you'll contribute:**
The Director of Performance and Enablement plays a critical role in advancing the performance of medical practices within clinically integrated networks, ACOs, and other provider network arrangements, supporting the value-based enterprise of AdventHealth. This leader provides performance program oversight, strategic direction, and operational execution to the Performance & Enablement Teams. Reporting to the Executive Director of Performance, this strategic role is dedicated to driving performance in cost of care, utilization of resources, quality of care, documentation and coding, access to care, citizenship and provider engagement and satisfaction supporting the clinically integrated networks, ACOs, and other provider network arrangements, supporting the value-based enterprise of AdventHealth. The Director of Performance and Enablement coaches, mentors, and leads managers and staff in the daily operations of assigned areas.
**The value you'll bring to the team:**
+ Performance Management, Practice Engagement and Transformation:
+ Oversees provider performance management, focusing on cost of care, utilization of resources, quality of care, documentation and coding, access to care, citizenship and provider engagement and satisfaction and performance or citizenship escalations.
+ Develops and oversees distribution, design, maintenance of Provider Performance Scorecards and incentive check validation and distribution.
+ Oversees payer-specific performance programs, integrating applications and management into operational workflows.
+ Guide the team in creating and implementing strategies to involve medical practices in value-based care models including action plan management of providers requiring performance improvement enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with executives and Medical Directors to establish provider accountability measures and implement into operational workflows.
+ Drive key initiatives through leadership and project management skillsets, including preparing, guiding, and delivering executive-level summaries or presentations as required.
+ Partners with legal and regulatory, ensuring full compliance within the network, especially regarding monetary and nonmonetary compensation.
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:**
**Minimum Qualifications -**
+ Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
+ 5 years experience in strategy/business development, public relations, medical sales, physician relations, marketing, and/or finance required
+ 5 years experience in healthcare strategy, marketing, finance, public relations and/or operations required
+ 5 years leadership or management experience required
+ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required
+ Formal Change Management Training required
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
+ 7 years experience in healthcare strategy preferred
+ 7 years experience in executive leadership in healthcare preferred
Experience with data-driven performance management and strategic planning preferred.
