The Device Partner Sales (DPS) team, part of the Windows & Device Sales (WDS) organization, plays a critical role in delivering innovative, AI-powered devices and cloud experiences. We collaborate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), ODMs (Original Design Manufactures), silicon providers, distributors, and resellers to drive the full product lifecycle—from incubation and design to global sales through retail and channel partners. As a member of DPS, you’ll help shape Microsoft’s largest global partnerships, accelerate the growth of Windows devices and AI services, and influence key investment decisions. As the Director of Partner Marketing for the HP (Hewlett Packard) and HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) account team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating sales of Windows devices and services, Server, and Azure solutions through strategic partner marketing. This role leads the development and execution of marketing strategy while owning investment programs across the region to drive joint success with partners and Microsoft. This role leverages deep expertise in full-funnel marketing and stakeholder engagement skills to influence partner plans and build trusted relationships. This role reports into Worldwide Marketing Lead but stays in tight formation with Americas sales team.
