Pega is looking for a dynamic and commercially-focused Partner Manager to drive our partner strategy in the Nordics region. You will be responsible for managing our key strategic partners while also leading partner community initiatives within the Nordics. This role is a perfect fit for somebody who thrives on building trusted relationships - engaging and connecting partner sales executives to accelerate Pega and partner revenue.

What You'll Do at Pega:

A primary objective of this Partner Manager role is to drive programmatic partner engagement across the Nordics region, with concentrated focus on a select number of  key partners.. You will develop and manage relationships with assigned partners to sell the value of joint Pega and Partner value propositions to partner sales teams across the Nordics.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with strategic Nordics partners (e.g. Capgemini, Accenture, AWS) to increase their selling capabilities and align GTM sales strategies with Pega's regional sales teams
• Develop partner vertical solutions that drive sales for assigned partners and Pega
• Help evangelize key partners to the Pega sales teams, helping them understand the value in co-selling towards our joint target clients
• Create comprehensive partner profiles highlighting key differentiators, use cases and strengths for consumption by Pega sales teams
• Align and coordinate necessary Pega resources (including sales, pre-sales & technical enablement, marketing, product) to help partners achieve success with their Pega practice
• Evangelize Pega throughout your assigned partner organizations (focusing on client-facing personnel), as well as more widely in the Nordics partner community to increase awareness of Pega
• Drive occasional wider partner community initiatives beyond core strategic partners

 

Who You Are:

You love building relationships, aligning stakeholders, have a genuine commercial mindset and want to be impactful every day while having fun. You understand the partner co-sell and resell models and have demonstrated success by influencing closed revenue or sourcing opportunities through these partnerships. You excel at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to increase partnership pipeline and revenue.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial mindset with a hunger to engage and connect
• Experience in alliances, consulting and/or business development in the technology or business consulting industries (mindset and quality of experience valued over quantity of years)
• Experience working with leading System Integrators or Hyperscalers highly preferred
• Experience managing senior partner relationships
• Experience building effective co-sell relationships
• Experience working effectively across different sales, business development and technical teams
• Understanding of professional services sales and delivery models
• Familiarity with Nordics business culture and markets

English and Swedish fluent
