The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Director of Outlets to help lead the team at the award-winning Las Vegas property!
\nLocated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 5 food and beverage outlets and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
\nThe ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a passion for providing world-class experiences and excellent communication and organization skills. At least two (2) years of prior food and beverage management experience in a luxury / upscale hotel environment is required. Prior experience managing a union staff is a plus.

\nORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
The Director of Outlets reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
\n\nLead a collaborative and service-center team\nPromote and nurture an environment of service excellence by developing guidelines, procedures and service expectations at each guest touch point.\nHire, train and inspire the team members for front of house, beverage and F&B support departments. Provide both formal and informal feedback to team members.\nEnsures service quality standards are maintained at all times\nBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, as well as in house co workers\nRegularly obtains feedback from clients and guests to improve operations\nSupports and communicates Company initiatives\nExecutes all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Food and Beverage in accordance with Hilton standards\nWork closely with supervisory/managerial staff to develop overall skills/growth (bench strength).
