Your Role: Director of Operations As a strategic leader, you’ll oversee multiple childcare centers and guide a team of Area Directors and Center Directors in our growing western region, ensuring operational excellence across your expanding territory. You’ll be the driving force behind quality education and care, regulatory compliance, and team development—ensuring every center meets the high standards families appreciate that the center their child attends is a caring and nurturing place where their child is intellectually and emotionally stimulated by a dedicated team of early childhood educators who are also genuinely amazing human beings. They trust us to care for their child, keeping them safe, secure, happy, treasured and inspired.
