Director of Operations
**Job Summary** The Director, Operations ensures the effective management of departmental functions, aligning workflows and resources with organizational goals. This role focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations, achieving performance benchmarks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Director drives initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance across diverse departments, including clinical and non-clinical functions. **Essential Functions** + Leads the development and implementation of operational plans to meet departmental objectives and support organizational priorities. + Oversees daily activities, ensuring staff, processes, and resources are coordinated to deliver consistent and high-quality services. + Analyzes performance data to identify areas for improvement and implements changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. + Ensures adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards by maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures. + Collaborates with departmental leaders to address challenges, streamline processes, and support innovation. + Prepares and monitors budgets, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures financial stewardship while maintaining service standards. + Leads quality improvement projects, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable results. + Evaluates and implements new technologies or practices to improve operations and support future growth. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required + Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred + 5-7 years of experience in operations management required + 2-4 years of leadership experience in healthcare or similar industries required **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Expertise in managing complex operations, including workflow optimization and resource allocation. + Analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and recommend actionable improvements. + Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders. + Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance within a healthcare or related environment. + Adaptability to oversee diverse operational areas with varying requirements and priorities.
