**Overview** At Intuit (https://www.intuit.com/) we believe everyone has the right to prosper, which is why our mission is Powering Prosperity Around the World. Being a mission-driven company includes living our values every day. That means integrity is at the foundation of everything we do, including the products we design, the role we play in the communities, and the way we treat every person that is a part of the broader Intuit family. Our AI-driven expert platform powers prosperity for consumers and businesses through our industry-leading products, including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks and Mailchimp. We are manically focused on our customers’ most important problems to put more money in their pockets, save time, and make financial decisions with confidence. It all started with a customer and a problem. More than forty years ago, Scott Cook was sitting at the kitchen table with his wife Signe and watched her struggle with balancing their family’s checkbook. He knew that this was a universal problem that millions of other families around the world were experiencing at their own kitchen tables. He knew there had to be a better way for people to engage with their money. Intuit was born in 1983 and the company went public in 1993. Today, with more than 100 million customers and over 17,000 employees, Intuit serves markets worldwide in 19 locations and 9 countries by using our AI-driven expert platform to deliver powerful solutions for our customers’ most important financial problems. And as much as we have re-invented our products and services, we have always stayed true to our core values and our mission of powering prosperity for consumers and businesses around the world. Delivering on our mission on behalf of customers also means going beyond the products and services. We are committed to leaving the world a better place than we found it by making a positive impact on climate and creating jobs in communities in need. We are also equipping the next generation with the power of financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills through our Intuit for Education program, which puts our products in the hands of millions of students and educators for free. Our goal is to reach 50M students by 2030. We’re proud to have a culture that attracts top talent and empowers them to do the best work of their lives. When employees know they can bring their whole selves to work – that translates into an environment that is consistently recognized as o`e of the world’s best and most innovative places to work year upon year. We feel honored to rank #3 on Forbes 2024 America’s Best Companies list.
