We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team in Toledo, Ohio. This full-time position is ideal for a dynamic RN with strong clinical and leadership skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and guiding a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the nursing department to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
 Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
 Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
 Coordinate and monitor resident care plans and ensure appropriate clinical interventions.
 Collaborate with other departments and leadership to maintain effective communication and facility operations.
 Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and overall department performance.
 Participate in survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
 Requirements:Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
 Minimum of 1 year of nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities.
 A commitment to excellence in resident care and team development.
