Responsibilities A professional Registered Nurse with twenty-four hour responsibility for assigned departments within established standards to achieve the mission and vision of BSA. The Nursing Director is responsible for the overall administrative, financial and clinical activities of the department. Qualifications Job Requirements: Completion of required education to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months BLS ACLS PALS or NRP corresponding to the area of service. 2-3 years of demonstrated nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
