\nAs the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for the hotel. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing content creation, orchestrating brand campaigns, managing public relations efforts, and leveraging digital platforms to elevate the hotel's brand presence and foster guest engagement.

What will I be doing?
\nAs the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n• Strategic Marketing Planning
\nDevelop and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives.
\nCollaborate with sales and revenue teams to support promotions and drive revenue.
\n• Content Creation & Management
\nOversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
\nEnsure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
\n• Public Relations
\nBuild and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
\nPrepare press releases, media kits, and articles to showcase the hotel’s activities and achievements.
\n• Digital & Social Media Management
\nManage the hotel’s social media channels, ensuring engaging content and active community management.
\nOptimize the hotel’s website and online presence for search engines and user experience.
\n• Event Promotion
\nPlan and promote hotel events, including launches, conferences, and special campaigns.
\nCoordinate with the events team to ensure successful execution and post-event publicity.
\n• Brand Management
\nEnsure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
\n• Performance Analysis
\nTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
\nProvide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
\n• Team Collaboration & Leadership
\nSupervise and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support.
\nWork closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with operational goals.

\n• Proficiency in design tools and marketing platforms.
\n• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
\n• Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with local news media, securing positive coverage and managing press releases, interviews, and media events with finesse.
\n• Proficiency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage.
\n• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
