A Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for the overall creative service, Public Relations/Ad, and web/E-marketing of the hotel.
What will I be doing?
As Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Deliver creative service as requested by all departments, including sales, marketing, owner services and contracts, while staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirementsPlan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategiesCommunicate/negotiate with vendorsCreate and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visualsCommunicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and public relations plansPlan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relationsMake the timeshare owners' newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materialsSupervise a Marketing Communications coordinatorWhat are we looking for?

Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with luxury positioning.
Experience crafting and protecting a distinctive luxury brand identity
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills—able to elevate the hotel’s narrative across all platforms.
Experience in overseeing or directing the creation of high-quality, on-brand visual and digital content.
Strong relationships with media, influencers, and luxury lifestyle publications.
Experience managing crisis communication, internal communications, and external brand reputation.
Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM, and data analytics.
Able to manage a strong social media strategy tailored to HNW and UHNW travelers.
Understands how to align marketing campaigns with sales and revenue goals.
Proven experience driving direct bookings, upselling opportunities, and market share growth.
Strong leader able to inspire and manage a creative team and external partners (PR, design, agencies).
Works cross-functionally with F&B, Sales, Revenue, Events, and Spa to drive integrated campaigns.
Previous experience in ultra-luxury or boutique hotels or high-end lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Has a pulse on luxury travel trends, consumer behavior, and the expectations of discerning guests.
