As the strategic leader of all marketing and communication initiatives, the Director of Marketing & Communications drives the positioning, visibility, and revenue generation of the hotel across all departments. This role champions brand integrity, drives integrated marketing plans, and ensures alignment with regional activations and corporate strategies. The director is also a key contributor to the commercial success of the property by developing targeted campaigns, fostering partnerships, and maximizing all distribution channels.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs Director of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
\n\nDevelops and executes comprehensive annual marketing plans and budgets, aligned with hotel revenue goals across rooms, F&B, events, and spa and any other revenue stream.\nLeads the ideation and implementation of tactical campaigns to generate incremental revenue across all departments.\nCollaborates closely with the General Manager, Commercial Director, Director of Operations, and Regional Marketing to align campaigns with strategic business goals and provide regular performance insights.\nProactively identifies opportunities across departments to optimize promotional activity and meet or exceed revenue targets.\nManages the hotel’s digital presence, ensuring Hilton brand websites are current, visually engaging, and optimized for conversions.\nOversees third-party website content to maintain accuracy, alignment with luxury positioning, and brand consistency.\nLeads email marketing efforts, ensuring compliance with Hilton legal standards and leveraging the Content Centre and HeBS tools for impactful campaigns.\nCoordinates with regional marketing to activate joint promotional opportunities and integrated campaigns.\nDevelops and manages targeted marketing databases for room sales, meetings & events, F&B, and spa promotions.\nEnsures promotional messaging is consistently deployed across all platforms, and tracks ROI of each initiative.\nAudits internal implementation of central and regional marketing programs to ensure consistency and compliance.\nActs as the on-property brand guardian, ensuring all visual, written, and promotional materials reflect Hilton’s corporate identity standards.\nOversees the creation, production, and timely delivery of all marketing collateral, liaising with creative suppliers as needed.\nWorks cross-departmentally to optimize in-house merchandising and guest-facing marketing touchpoints.\nMaintains a high-quality image library in collaboration with the PR Manager.\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nAttends monthly HOD Meetings. \nHost monthly Marketing/PR meetings. \nEnsure regular brainstorming meetings are help at property. \nPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned. \nIs fully trained with regards to the hotels’ fire regulations and actions in case of fire. \nIs generally aware of all health and safety aspects of the hotels.\n\n
