About the role:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and operations of the hotel. They oversee branding, advertising, market research, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and attract and retain customers. This role involves managing a team, setting budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and aligning marketing efforts with the Hotel's goals.
