As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for directing all marketing, CRM strategy and execution, partner marketing, and B2B alignment for Ruby Seven. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum of 7 years of marketing experience in social casino, mobile F2P gaming, or iGaming Deep CRM expertise — you’ve owned and scaled CRM strategies for large player bases, and know what to test, how to segment, and how to automate and personalize effectively Fluency in data — you’re as comfortable reviewing campaign uplift reports as you are planning creative briefs Experience managing and reporting on B2B marketing relationships or strategic partnerships A growth mindset and bias for action — you’re eager to test, iterate, and improve
