The Director of IT Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the financial reporting, planning, and analysis of the IT Function. This role partners closely with IT and Finance leadership to ensure cost-effective technology investment, governance, and financial transparency across the IT organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development of annual and multi-year IT financial plans in collaboration with the CIO and FinanceOversee IT planning, forecasting and financial modeling to support strategic goalsOwn the end-to-end management of the IT financial plan, including capital and operational expendituresProvide timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and risk assessmentsMonitor IT cost drivers, vendor contracts and service-level agreements to identify cost-savings and optimization opportunitiesEstablish financial governance processes for IT Spend, including approval workflows, policy adherence, and audit readinessEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT spendingServe as finance advisor to IT leadership and project teams on budgeting, investment planning and financial risksCollaborate with procurement and vendor management teams on technology sourcing strategiesDrive a strong and collaborative partnership with IT and FinanceBuild and lead a high-performing IT Finance teamFoster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required.MBA preferred10+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in IT Finance or Technology FP&ACERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPA, or CMA preferredFUNCTIONAL SKILLS
