Director of International Reporting
Description We are looking for an experienced Director of International Reporting to oversee and enhance key financial processes for our organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves leading efforts in external and internal reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, and SOX, and maintaining the accuracy of consolidated financial statements. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting audits, managing reporting timelines, and contributing to the financial integrity of a global organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations. • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with international subsidiaries to standardize and streamline reporting processes. • Lead efforts to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.. • Utilize tools such as Workiva, Microsoft NAV, and OneStream to enhance financial reporting processes. • Provide strategic insights on financial performance through management reporting and analysis. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reporting accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure all financial reporting aligns with regulatory and organizational standards. Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of experience , preferably in a large public accounting firm. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements. • Demonstrated experience with consolidations and preparing external financial statements. • Proficiency in financial tools such as Workiva, Microsoft NAV, and OneStream. • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal controls. • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex reporting processes. • CPA certification (active preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
