Independence Title in Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Director of Internal Education and Training. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Summary:
The Director of Internal Education and Training will oversee and manage internal education and training programs with Independence Title. This includes hiring and managing education team members, developing curriculum and training existing staff throughout the year, assisting with the education and training portion of on-boarding with new employees, supporting continuing education and refresher training, as needed by branch/dept managers and regional leadership, evaluating program effectiveness, managing the training budget, and other items requested by leadership.
The Director of Internal Education and Training is responsible for:
Overseeing the education/training portion of onboarding process for new employees. Conducting training sessions on escrow processes and procedures, both in-person and virtually. Supporting the rollout of new technology platforms for escrow and title staff. Participating in and provide feedback to leadership on new technology implementation. Maintaining and update training materials in both digital and physical formats. Creating content for escrow training meetings, including digital and printed presentation materials. Maintaining and manage content in proprietary training software. Maintaining and manage company DocuSign account.Truly Remarkable Service:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent required Over-night travel required to support training in branch offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and other potential areas, as requested At least 5 years of experience in all areas of escrow processing and procedures, including all pre-closing and post-closing duties, along with settlement statement preparation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite Proficient with technology applications such as Zoom, TEAMS and PowerPoint Proficient with DocuSign This is a hybrid position requiring both in-office and remote work Must be available to work 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening events
