Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Deep understanding of modern security practices, including ShiftLeft, Zero-Trust, and threat modeling Proven track record of building and leading high-performing security teams Strong background in infrastructure security, cloud security, and network security architecture Experience with identity and access management (IAM), log aggregation, and security information and event management (SIEM) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Basic programming and/or scripting skills in languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, Powershell or similar Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc) preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
