Apply today to our Director of Infection Prevention and be a part of the innovation of ideas. **Job Summary and Qualifications** + You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care by coordinating the hospital-wide Infection Control Program, which includes surveillance, analysis, and reporting of nosocomial infections, education of staff, and the development of health system policies and procedures to ensure rigorous infection control standards that meet regulatory requirements + In collaboration with the Infection Prevention (IP) Committee, you will make decisions relative to the surveillance, prevention, and control of infections and blood-borne pathogens + You will develop and maintain policies and procedures that support successful quality/patient safety outcomes and ongoing improvement in the delivery of healthcare to patients, identification of areas of opportunity, and coordination and execution of regulatory compliance programs in accordance with federal, state and local agencies **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Health Related Field required + Master's Degree in Health Related Field preferred (MPH, MSN, MHA, etc.) + Current license as a registered professional nurse or licensed professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, required + Certification in Infection Control required + 2+ years experience in a clinical setting required + 5+ years experience in Infection Control preferred + 2+ years experience in a leadership role preferred HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
