In this position…
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to own the global immigration program from strategy to execution. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Mobility, this role will be accountable for the program's success, ensure compliance with evolving immigration laws and regulations, supporting both new and existing foreign national talent. This role is critical in enabling the seamless movement of talent worldwide to support business growth and strategic objectives.
This is a hybrid role to Dearborn, MI and will be required to work onsite 4 days a week. Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates.
You’ll have…
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Legal Studies, Law, etc.); Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.10+ years in U.S. immigration law and/or global mobility, with demonstrated expertise across work authorization, compliance, and cross-border strategy.Even better, you may have…
Proven people leadership experience in a complex, multinational organization.Track record of designing and scaling immigration programs that balance compliance, candidate experience, and business agility.Deep understanding of employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, PERM) and corporate immigration policy.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to translate risk into action.Experience managing external vendors and global legal providers.Exceptional written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior leadership.As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
