We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Home Care Operations to lead our in-home care team. In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, and drive growth while upholding the highest standards of care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of office operations, including supervision of internal staff and indirect oversight of caregiver teamsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirementsUse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve service delivery and business performanceDevelop and implement effective strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier care staffFoster community relationships and build referral partnerships to grow the businessOversee financial operations to optimize revenue and control costsRespond to after-hours and emergency situations as neededPromote a culture of compassion, service excellence, and professionalismWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within the home care industryProven experience managing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business growthProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skillsReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurancePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 10 lbsMust be able to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently throughout the dayMust have adequate vision and hearing, with or without accommodation
