This role will bridge paid media, content, creative, and digital experience teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences that drive growth. You'll be responsible for scaling our digital presence and accelerating growth across regions, while ensuring our media investments work in harmony with our broader marketing initiatives.\n \nIn this position, you'll solve complex challenges that span traditional marketing silos: How do we create seamless customer journeys from first ad impression to final conversion? How do we optimize the interplay between paid media and organic content? How do we ensure our creative assets perform across different channels and regions? For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
