**About the Job:**
An opportunity has arisen for **Director of Food and Beverage** to join **Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Develop and implement the Food & Beverage strategy to deliver innovative guest experiences aligned with business goals, while contributing to the Annual Business Plan and Sales & Marketing strategies.
+ Oversee all operational and administrative functions within the F&B department to ensure excellence, compliance with Jumeirah standards, and continuous improvement in service and hygiene (including HACCP compliance).
+ Launch creative promotions and initiatives to boost revenue and guest engagement, while actively participating in public relations and brand-enhancing activities.
+ Regularly monitor competitor trends and international market movements to ensure the hotel maintains a competitive advantage in F&B offerings.
+ Collaborate with Outlet Managers to set budgets, review financial performance, improve underperforming areas, and drive each outlet as an independent profit center.
+ Lead, train, and develop Outlet Managers, ensuring they meet evolving market demands while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and team performance.

**About you:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ At least 3 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
+ Able to manage large and diverse operations.
+ Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations
+ Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
+ Management experience in free standing restaurants
+ Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace.
