Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic – **Director of Food & Beverage** with strong background and experience in Large Food & Beverage Service, Events, Conference and Meeting to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali. Goal of the Director of Food & Beverage is Effectively and proactively monitors the daily functions of all the Food & Beverage Outlets and Event Service (Banquet) section under Food & Beverage department. Represents Food & Beverage on the hotel executive Committee, ensures the efficient & economic operation of the Food & Beverage Division providing services and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimum condition. **The Director of Food & Beverage** will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable and to promote Hyatt Thinking, Hyatt Purpose and Values to all hotel associates and driving associate preference by achieving Associates Engagement score. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a large-scale property. + Seamlessly strategic in driving strong commercial results and sharp marketing instinct. + Well-versed in F&B operational standards, managing manpower, and hands-on leadership. + Has proven track record of working with timelines and targets. + Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management. + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. + Excellent administrative and communication skills. + Holds a university degree or diploma in hospitality. **Primary Location:** ID-Bali **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Bali **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** BAL003083 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
