Director of Food & Beverage

The Director of Food Beveragewill be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable and to promote Hyatt Thinking, Hyatt Purpose and Values to all hotel associates and driving associate preference by achieving Associates Engagement score.

Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Food Beverage Manager in a large 5-star hotel or 1 year experience as Director of Food Beverage.Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields.
