Minimum to anticipated maximum salary: $130,000 - $175,000

What will you do?Lead and develop a multi-layered food and beverage team, including managers, chefs, mixologists, and frontline team members, while aligning departmental goals with overall casino objectives Ensure exceptional guest experiences across fine dining, casual dining, and bar operations by maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards Drive profitability through menu engineering, pricing strategies, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives across all venues Oversee compliance with health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and hospitality regulations, including gaming and alcohol laws Spearhead concept development, seasonal promotions, and beverage program enhancements, while collaborating cross-functionally to support broader property initiatives Lead training and performance standards, leveraging guest feedback and market trends to continuously evolve offerings and elevate the brand
More about youBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field Minimum of 7 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in a high-volume resort or casino environment Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License and be at least 21 years of age Proficiency in food costing, recipe development software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of food and beverage financials, cost control, labor optimization, and P&L management Proven experience managing large food and beverage teams, overseeing multiple outlets, and maintaining profitability in a competitive food and beverage landscape, in both fine dining and high-volume casual or quick-service operations Experience in casino, resort, or entertainment-based environments and experience working in or leading teams at Michelin-starred restaurants or James Beard Award-winning establishments Expert-level knowledge and technical skillset, including advanced beverage knowledge, mixology, wine list curation, vendor management, and global cuisine familiarity Deep knowledge of ServSafe, TIPS, or other safety and alcohol certifications a plus Who we are
