Headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas, on the Northside of Dallas, we provide timely access to over 100K quality industrial after-market products through our nationwide mobile industrial hardware stores. “We bring the store and the service to you.” Qualifications: + Minimum high school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred + 1+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred + Microsoft Office and accounting systems knowledge + Must be punctual, dependable, and have reliable attendance + Must have attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills + Must have accurate data entry + Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks + Able to communicate effectively and work in a team-focused environment + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Core Responsibilities: + Process invoices + Audit Expense Reports + Coordinate check runs and disburses payments + Solve problems in collaboration with Receiving and Purchasing departments + Use independent judgment throughout the accounts payable process + Handle incoming calls and route calls appropriately + Welcome visitors in a professional manner + Work Hours: 8 am-5 pm Monday – Friday.
