Director of Finance (Casino/Gaming)

Insight Global is partnering with a premier casino entertainment company to find a dynamic Director of Finance to join their leadership team onsite in Amelia, Louisiana. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic financial partner to the General Manager and department heads.
- Interpret financial results and collaborate with property leadership to improve financial performance.
- Provide financial insights to guide operational decisions and improve profitability.
- Oversee the propertys Finance and Cage departments, with indirect oversight of the Count Team and Receiving/Warehousing.
- Analyze reports from the FP&A Center of Excellence and lead implementation of recommendations.
- Review and validate financial forecasts of property in partnership with operational teams.
- Prepare and present financial results and forecasts to the company executives with support of the General Manager and property leadership.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of operating and capital budgets.
- Manage property cash levels and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
- Address internal and gaming regulatory audit findings and update processes accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and development of finance staff.
- Build strong relationships with department leaders to ensure alignment and support.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and safety in all financial operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary + bonus.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
