Expectations for this Role:

The Director, Finance/IS provides leadership through financial analysis, management and decision support to assigned areas. As an essential member of the division's senior leadership team, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's financial health, supporting clinical and administrative functions, and aligning financial operations with strategic business objectives. Leads and coordinates financial management with the Vice President, and IT support staff at Corporate. As an essential member of the division’s Senior Leadership Team, this director provides management input to improve/maintain performance of Sentara.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree.CPA or master’s degree.4 years healthcare experience.6 years accounting finance experience.Knowledge of IT division work is valuable to this role.IT work in a financial support capacity experience is helpful.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$118,996.80-$221,000.00. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
