The Director of Film and Experiential will bring creative visions to life while evaluating the work through close collaboration with the creative department and other specialists as required. With extensive production knowledge, you will foster relationships with existing production partners while ensuring our internal production processes are in place and are having a positive impact on the work, and most importantly on our people. **Core Responsibilities** + Leading Production Teams: Supervising and motivating production teams, both in-house and freelance, to achieve successful outcomes + Collaborating with Creative: Working closely with creative teams, directors, and other LEGO department and colleagues to bring ideas to life. + Communication and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships, representing the agency's creative vision and ensuring brand satisfaction. + Securing Funding and Resources: Working to secure necessary funding and resources for projects. + Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating contracts with vendors, freelancers, and other production partners. + Ensuring Creative Output: Maintaining the creative vision and ensuring it aligns with brand goals. + Managing Budgets and Schedules where relevant on your own projects: Developing and adhering to project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The ideal candidate will be able to oversee all aspects of integrated production from start to finish, always keeping brand image in mind. They must also be able to supervise their senior team members, oversee key decisions, with strong financial acumen and deep experience in distributing available resources accordingly to always deliver on time. **Do you have what it takes?** + Previous Experience in Producing: Prior experience in producing film, content, digital content and experiential brand activations is key – integrated campaign experience is a must. + Understanding of Production Processes: Familiarity with various production processes and workflows. + Leadership and Team Management Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Ability to have difficult conversations is also incredibly important. + Budget Management Skills: Experience in managing budgets and financial resources effectively. + Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, creative teams, and production staff. + Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects efficiently, from start to finish, with a focus on timelines and budgets. + Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills + Must be extremely organized: detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
