Director of Facilities and Building Operations
Job Requirements

Red Ventures is currently seeking a Director of Facilities and Building Operations to join our team! This role will lead and oversee all aspects of facilities management and maintenance operations across our campuses in Fort Mill, SC, New York, and Puerto Rico. It will involve strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, and operational oversight to ensure the company’s facilities are maintained to company standards. This role will also work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to develop and execute maintenance strategies that support the company’s growth and operational goals.


This role will be required to be onsite 5 days per week at our Headquarters, located in Fort Mill, South Carolina (near Charlotte, North Carolina).



Work Experience

What You’ll Do:

Provide leadership and direction to facilities team members, including training, coaching, and development opportunitiesReinforce a customer service-oriented attitude among team members to encourage the prioritization of leaders’ and tenants’ needs Lead the team in maintaining the spaces, buildings, furniture, and equipment in cleanliness and functionality to ensure the environment meets the tenants’ needsDevelop and implement facilities management strategies and programs, in partnership with senior leadership and operational teams, to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all campus locationsMeet with leaders and tenants to understand their needs in physical spaces, space utilization, and act on any feedback to optimize space and productivityDevelop project plans with timelines and deliverables clearly definedOversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs; ensure that all equipment and systems are in good working orderManage all major repairs, replacements, and capital improvement projects, including budgeting, contractor solicitation, bid review, and project oversightDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance meets company standardsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all facilitiesPerform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience in facilities managementProven experience managing a facilities team and vendor relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationStrong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor contracts and performance effectivelyProject management and construction oversight experience preferred

Benefits

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000*
