The Director of Executive Recruitment is a key leadership position responsible for managing the complete executive recruiting process. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top executive talent to drive the company's strategic objectives and ensure its continued growth and success. The Director of Executive Recruitment will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment sourcing strategies tailored to the company's needs.
Additionally, provide leadership and guidance in formulating and executing the recruiting strategy for Huron's leadership positions, ensuring a sustained competitive advantage for the company. This individual will collaborate with a professional team, including Executive Recruiters, Coordinator, and Talent Sourcer, to deliver a best-in-class executive hiring experience. The Director of Executive Recruitment will personally manage full-cycle executive-level searches and leverage external search firm relationships as necessary.

As the Director of Executive Recruitment, you will
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive executive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership, Finance / Operations and HR Leaders to identify current and future executive talent needs.
Analyze market trend data and competitor practices to stay ahead in the recruitment landscape.
Executive Search and Sourcing
Lead and manage the end-to-end executive search process.
Build and execute a strategic proactive sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging executive search firms as needed.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates.
Meet compliance standards in accordance with Huron policies and service level agreements.
Candidate Assessment and Selection
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experience, values and cultural alignment.
Execute effective interview and evaluation processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective selection process.
Develop, document, implement, and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search.
Leverage internal tools, technology and resources and ensure an inclusion and expansive talent pool.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, HR Leaders and external partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on executive recruitment matters.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting and Analytics
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
Utilize Workday to ensure all candidate activity is captured for tracking and analytics purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred experience in professional services consulting in healthcare, technology and education industries.
Global executive hiring experience is highly preferred
Current permanent U.S work authorization required.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level executives across various industries.
Strong understanding of executive compensation, benefits, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Digitally fluent with expertise in using recruitment technology and tools
