Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of materials for Compensation and Benefits Committee of the Board of Directors meetings. Perform research and analysis to help inform materials.Manage multiple programs related to executive compensation, including Stock Ownership Guidelines and Detrimental Conduct provisions. Lead the implementation, communication, and administration of these compensation programs.In partnership with senior leadership, own the management and preparation of the executive compensation data and compensation tables for the annual Proxy Statement and partner with leadership on developing the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A).Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and consistency in executive compensation disclosures and practices.Own controls for the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process to ensure strong governance and compliance with risk management standards.Partner with global compensation teams to support business initiatives and strategies.Provide analytical and consultative support for compensation programs.Identify opportunities for program development or modification through data analysis.Maintain in-depth compensation and industry knowledge. Conduct competitive analysis and recommend updates as necessary in line with market trends and findings. Ensure compliance with FINRA registration requirements and other regulatory standards.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $128,400 - $173,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
