The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.​​​ **What qualifications you will need:** · ​​ Required Education: Bachelor's Degree​ or other approved education plan · ​​Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing​ , Master's Degree​ · ​​Required Experience: 1+ years applicable experience ​ · ​​Preferred Experience: 3+ years applicable experience​ · Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
