Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Admissions, support departments, and industry partners to drive student success.
Guide and develop education leaders and instructors through training, coaching, and performance standards to deliver an exceptional student experience.
Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive corrective action to meet campus and departmental goals.
Ensure full compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and campus security standards, including responsibilities as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Foster a high-performance, engaged team culture by recognizing achievements, offering growth opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
QualificationsEducation / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required in the areas of Education, Business Administration, or Management preferred5-10 years leadership or management experienceSkills
Project Management and strategic thinking skillsCommunication skills (verbal and written), presentation skills, and computer skillsPeople and leadership skills and abilitiesTime management and organization skills, can adapt to a changing fast-paced environmentProblem solving and decision making skills, using good judgment and professionalismAbilities
Occasional overnight travel.Work Environment
