We’re seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Digital Operations to establish and lead our enterprise-wide Program Management Office. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure that our most critical initiatives are delivered efficiently, effectively, and consistently, driving alignment with our long-term business goals.
What You’ll Do
Oversee a portfolio of high-profile programs, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.Take a key role in setting governance frameworks, processes, and tools.Implement and standardize methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) for consistent execution.Partner with executives to prioritize initiatives, optimize resources, and track KPIs.Coach and develop a team of 4–7 program and project managers.Foster collaboration across functions, breaking down silos and enabling transparent communication.Champion continuous improvement in process standardization.What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)Knowledge: Vendor/partner and customer ecosystems; digital technology; software application development; customer experience; Agile methodology and principles; financial acumen (business case, KPIs); product development & lifecycle management; process & project development; executive communicationsLicensure & Certifications: Agile and project management certifications a plus but not requiredProven leadership in enterprise or large-scale program managementExpertise in portfolio governance, resource planning, and risk managementStrong financial acumen: budgeting, business cases, and ROI analysisSkilled in collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Project, Jira) and delivery methodologies (Lean, Agile, Waterfall)Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skillsIndustry experience in chemical, water, or global cross-functional environments is a plusThis is your chance to shape and lead a talented team delivering meaningful impact.
