Delaware North is hiring a Director of Data Governance to join our team. As the Director of Data Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of enterprise-wide data governance. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $157,400 - $212,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youHigh degree of expertise in data governance, master data management, and data lifecycle techniquesExperience with data management, modeling, architectureImplement and maintain data monitoring and quality standards using governance tools across metadata, lineage, and stewardship Apply knowledge of data architecture and platforms to support scalable and compliant data environments Support ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, from a data governance perspective, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards Hold relevant certifications such as CDMP, PMP, Prosci, or ERP-specific credentials; preferred but not required
