What You’ll Do

As the Director of Data and Analytics, you’ll define and execute our enterprise data strategy across all Marmon Plumbing & Refrigeration companies. You’ll lead the implementation of Microsoft Fabric as our unified data platform and oversee data migrations from legacy ERP systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will also focus on building internal data capabilities, establishing governance frameworks, and empowering business leaders with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the enterprise rollout of Microsoft FabricManaging the end-to-end ERP data migration to Microsoft D365Building and mentoring a high-performing team of data professionalsCollaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendorsEstablishing data governance, security, and compliance standardsDelivering business insights via dashboards, reports, and advanced analyticsDriving a data-first mindset throughout the organization

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)8–10+ years of experience in data and analytics leadershipProven expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft D365Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data migration, and enterprise data architectureExceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills

Preferred certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertPower BI Data Analyst AssociatePMP or equivalent

Pay Range:

128,000.00 - 192,000.00
