The Director of Data Analytics and AI will be responsible for collaboratively leading the firm’s data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, leveraging technology to drive business value, improve efficiency, and foster data-driven decision-making. This individual will leverage deep technical and business expertise to effectively balance the evolution of existing data and AI platforms and products, while also delivering new and innovative data and AI capabilities.
This role will serve as a member of the Information Technology leadership team, reporting to the CIO, and works collaboratively with a close-knit team of Directors to help shape and execute on our enterprise IT strategy and roadmap, continuously improve IT delivery and operations, and help grow and develop our talented team of IT staff.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Lead the evolution of a comprehensive data analytics and AI strategy aligned with our firm's objectives Partner with business and technology leadership to build and execute on the data analytics and AI roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends Collaborate with business leaders across the organization to understand needs, deliver insights, and drive business performance improvementsLead high performing data analytics and AI teams - inclusive of strategy, delivery, and data engineering and operations - providing coaching, career development, and fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and growthOversee data governance, data architecture, and data operations, ensuring robust data integration, scalability, reliability, and efficiencyLead and grow our AI engineering and solution capabilities, overseeing the development of GenAI based solutions, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytical frameworks Stay abreast of emerging data and AI technologies, trends, and best practices, and assess their relevance to the organization Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry associations to help keep the firm on the cutting edge of data and AIThe qualifications.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred - either or both in computer science and/or data science related field 12+ years' experience, with deep knowledge of both fields of data analytics/BI and AI from both a business and technical domain5+ years of leadership experience, with experience in leading delivery and large cross-functional teams5+ years of leadership experience in delivery and operations of a data warehouse/lake house based solutionsSolid understanding of AI technology, and how to lead AI enabled solution delivery and operationsExperience collaborating with senior leadership to create strategy and roadmaps organized around business outcomesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills combined with high personal integrityAn ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at all levels both within and outside the firm, characterized by mutual respect, openness, and trust.Our difference.
