**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic **Product Analytics Manager** with **14+ years of experience** to lead our product analytics vision and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a strong analytics foundation—ensuring data is accurately captured, translated into meaningful insights, and used to drive smarter product decisions and business growth. Good understanding of customer and product journey’s related insights.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders to align on measurement strategy, surface actionable insights, and directly influence product roadmaps and customer experience improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Analytics Leadership**
+ Define and drive the product analytics strategy aligned with long-term product and business objectives.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to product and executive leadership, enabling data-informed decisions.
+ **Data Instrumentation**
+ Lead cross-functional efforts to implement and maintain scalable, reliable event tracking across digital products.
+ Establish taxonomy, event design, and governance best practices across teams.
+ **Insights & Product Impact**
+ Translate behavioral and performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product priorities and design decisions.
+ Identify user patterns, feature adoption trends, and friction points to optimize engagement and retention.
+ **Experimentation & Optimization**
+ Monitor post-launch performance and continuously refine measurement strategies.
+ **Reporting & Visualization**
+ Create dashboards and executive-level reports that distill complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
+ Present key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and executive teams.
+ **Cross-Functional Partnership**
+ Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and growth teams to embed data into everyday decision-making.
+ Mentor team members and help cultivate a data-driven product culture.
**Highly Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **14+ years of experience** in product analytics, data strategy, or digital product leadership roles.
+ **MBA from a reputed business school** , with focus on product, analytics, or strategic decision-making.
+ **Technical schooling from a top-tier university** (e.g., Data Engineering & Science, preferably Master ).
+ Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Power BI
+ Demonstrated success leading instrumentation, defining KPIs, and generating insights that influence product direction.
+ Deep understanding of product engagement metrics, funnel analysis, retention cohorts, and user journey optimization.
+ Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional alignment through data.
+ Prior success in high-growth, product-centric environments.

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience
- Ten or more years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $139,230.00 - $163,800.00
