Job Summary

The Director of CX Partnerships & Alliances, plays a pivotal role in shaping our partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include assessing our current partnerships, designing and implementing a comprehensive partner program, and expanding our alliance strategy to unlock new revenue streams and opportunities for growth. This role requires results-oriented leadership, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Partner Ecosystem Assessment:

o Continuously evaluate and optimize the current partner landscape to drive growth and identify emerging opportunities.

o Develop a deep understanding of the existing partner ecosystem to inform strategic decision-making.

• Partner/Alliance GTM Strategy Development:

o Design and implement a scalable go-to-market model, including lead generation, resell and co-sell programs, and marketing development fund (MDF) initiatives.

o Develop strategies to enhance partner collaboration, ensuring mutual success and measurable business outcomes.

• Program Execution and Enablement:

o Roll out the partner program, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and seamless execution.

o Provide training, enablement, and tools to ensure partner success.

• Strategic Growth:

o Identify new, high-potential revenue streams through innovative partnerships.

o Expand alliances with diverse, high-impact collaborations that align with Foundever's strategic goals.

• Executive Engagement:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, fostering trust and alignment.

• Collaboration and Leadership:

o Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives across departments such as sales, marketing, and product.

o Facilitate regular strategic meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual success.

• Thought Leadership:

o Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to inform and enhance alliance strategies.

• Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement. 

• Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 10+ years of business development or solution selling experience in the professional services space, including expertise in:

o Technology services, including consulting and development

o Contact center solutions

o Cloud enablement, migration, and modernization

o Public cloud managed services

o CX-related AI (e.g., Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, Gen AI)

• Proven experience managing complex partner relationships and building high-impact, revenue-generating alliances.

• Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset, able to design and execute revenue-generating initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong leadership abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
