Job Summary
The Director, Critical Care Unit (CCU) is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the unit. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, manages resources, and fosters a collaborative environment to support both staff and patient outcomes. The Director oversees all aspects of the CCU, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations, working closely with hospital leadership to align the unit's goals with organizational priorities.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing required Master's Degree In Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience in a critical care setting required 3-5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and management skills with experience in critical care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resources. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in critical care. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required CCCRN - Certified Critical Care RN preferredINDLEAD
