Director of Corporate Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director for our Corporate Sales team. This position will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategy, and achieving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, with excellent communication skills and a proven history of developing and leading an extraordinarily successful sales team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Lead the Sales team to prospect, build, maintain, and grow corporate accounts
+ Maintain responsibility for the overall profitably, productivity and effectiveness of the department
+ Oversee training development and delivery to account managers, sales management, and sales support personnel
+ Develop and formulate the long- and short-range plans, including strategic sales plans, forecasts, and revenue protection plans to achieve overall company objectives
+ Ensure a departmental focus on account development, customer relationship building, consultative selling
+ Create, improve, and analyze sales reporting creating action plans for departmental growth
+ Develop compensation and incentive plans to achieve departmental goals
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
• Manage through appropriate leadership, coaching, motivation, timely feedback, and performance assessment
+ Collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising and Product development to achieve optimal growth
• A deep understanding of industry and market trends to align the company’s product offerings and customer needs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
+ Proven experience as a Director of Sales or other relevant experience.
+ Demonstrable ability to internally communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
+ Excellent listening and presentation skills.
+ Organizational Ability – Represent sale’s area efficiently to internal teams.
+ Communication skills (written and oral) that allow them to effectively converse with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
+ Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure large deals and foster long-term client relationships.
+ Excellent leadership abilities to guide and motivate their team towards achieving set targets and objectives.
+ Strong analytical skills for assessing the performance of key accounts and implementing necessary improvements.
+ Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction, build customer loyalty, and retain key accounts.
+ Strategic thinking abilities to create effective plans for managing and growing key accounts.
+ Proficient in using CRM software for tracking client information and sales activity.
+ Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Ability - Capability to solve problems and make well-informed effective decisions on needed timelines.
+ Support and enhance the team environment and development.
• Perform with elevated level of business ethics, values, and principles.
BENEFITS
We offer a high deductible health plan (HDHP), dental, and vision insurance. We contribute $60 per month to enrolled employees’ HSA accounts.
Employees and their dependents who are enrolled in our HDHP also have access to our employee health clinic where they can access healthcare for well and sick visits, immunizations, lab services, and more at no cost. Employees not enrolled in our HDHP can still have access to our employee health clinic for just $20 per paycheck. There are also prescriptions available through this clinic at no cost. Employees receive paid time off from day one, including 80 hours of vacation time (prorated based on the start date for the first year) and 40 hours of personal time. After the first full year of employment, eight additional hours of vacation are granted annually.
