Overview:
This position is responsible for the company's compensation strategies. You will design, plan, implement, and administer competitive and equitable compensation and recognition programs. This partners with key organizational stakeholders to align compensation plans, practices, and policies to meet the strategic needs of the business and company. The Director of Compensation assesses compensation levels and mix relative to the external market and industry peers and prepares compensation summaries, analysis, and training materials for employees, business leaders, and the Board of Directors.
