Director of Client Delivery

The Director, Client Delivery will be responsible for supporting internal initiatives and implementing client programs. This person will oversee strategic client engagements, perform data verification, create reports, deliver service results to clients, respond to client questions, take client meeting minutes and own People Leader responsibilities. In this role, the successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, generating positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as direct people leader of up to 6 FTE
+ Serve as the main point of contact for a strategic client portfolio, acting as the communication connection between clients, Operations, Client Success, and other service lines
+ As part of R1 Client Delivery Leadership, develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
+ Responsible for new client implementation project management in coordination with other external departments
+ Facilitate, and ensure consistency in, application of Client Delivery operating framework across aligned R1 solutions
+ Responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, client satisfaction, and the resolution of complex issues
+ Create, Deliver and Present all standard and ad hoc client facing reporting based on client need for assigned portfolio.
+ Manage and lead client meetings
+ Respond to client requests received via email and calls
+ Manage client expectations and follow through on commitments
+ Support Business Development initiatives by identifying additional business opportunities
+ Provide case level feedback to clients as requested via email or SFTP
+ Manage client information requests (documents, claim updates, etc)
+ Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with R1’s values
**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of internal or external customer service experience or demonstrate relevant experience and written business communication
+ Effective People Leader experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $115,000.00 - $167,640.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
