Director of Business Transformation - Europe

Job Title: Director of Business Transformation Europe

Location: Europe

Reports To: Vice President & General Manager PEST - EMEA

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Transformation to lead our transformation initiatives across Europe. This role will focus on Service Excellence, back-office redesign, retention of customer projects, and sales excellence projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving large-scale transformation projects, exceptional leadership skills, change management, process redesign and an ability to influence resource owners.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Service Excellence:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction through Total Value Delivered.

Monitor and analyse service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and create a plan to implement the suggested changes.

Lead initiatives to streamline service processes and improve efficiency.

Back Office Redesign:

Oversee the redesign of back-office functions to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Implement technology solutions to enhance back-office productivity and accuracy.

Identify duplication of process and reduce.

Retention of Customer Projects:

Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customer.

Work closely with account management teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Use data to predict “at risk” customers and retain before they leave.

Sales Excellence Projects:

Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in business transformation, with a focus on service excellence, back-office operations, and sales.

Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in a multinational environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to drive change through influence.
