Job Description: OHIO Athletics is a dynamic team of student-athletes, coaches and administrators with a vision to demonstrate unprecedented excellence in athletics, academics and student-athlete development. The primary purpose of this position is to operate as a play-by-play commentator for various Ohio Bobcats Studios Productions and create and host digital media content. 1. Represent Ohio Bobcats Studios as on-air talent for various ESPN+ and Web Streamed events and content. 2 Coordinate on-air talent for all Ohio Bobcats Studios Live Productions. 3. Serve as Ohio Bobcats Studios representative on the sponsored content team to ideate and execute digital media elements. 4. Mentor and train student broadcasters to prepare them to commentate Bobcats Studios Live Productions. 5. Collaborate with Athletics Communications Unit in the development, planning, and executing audio and video content to advance the program and Ohio Student Athletes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree One year of direct experience in television broadcast, video content/podcast hosting, video editing or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Rode Podcast Studio, working with student broadcasters, hosting Podcast style content, filming and editing long form video content, and interviewing student athletes and head coaches.
