The Director of Beverage & Food functions as the strategic business leader of W Brisbane’s Beverage & Food operation including our Signature Restaurant, Bars, In-Room Dining, Catering & Events and Mixbar. This position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, ensuring the Beverage & Food operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, talent satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenue and maximizing the financial performance of the department. The Director of Beverage & Food develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property talent and provides a return on investment.
**THE ROLE**
+ Developing and Maintaining Beverage & Food/Culinary Goals
+ Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Beverage & Food is performing against budget and ensures B&F
+ Makes recommendations for CAPEX funding of beverage and food equipment and renovations in accordance with brand business strategy.
+ A collaborator that works strategically with key stakeholders within the business
+ Establishes challenging, realistic, and obtainable goals to guide operation and performance.
+ Outstanding guest service skills
+ Ability to lead a team effectively
+ Personality PLUS you thrive working in a fast-paced environment
