The Director of Beverage & Food functions as the strategic business leader of W Brisbane’s Beverage & Food operation including our Signature Restaurant, Bars, In-Room Dining, Catering & Events and Mixbar. This position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, ensuring the Beverage & Food operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, talent satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenue and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
