We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. Responsibilities Include: Interview and evaluate potential patients and/or families to assess needs and eligibility for services provided by Monte Nido & Affiliates. Work closely with VP of Admissions to ensure efficient and effective initiation of services. Serve as a liaison between other facilities, including hospitals. Answer inquiry and financial calls efficiently and courteously. Provide in person assessments. Conduct clinical assessments and provide write-up. Coordinate and process all admissions to the facility. Responsible for obtaining demographic, financial and necessary background information for clients. Provide clinical determination regarding inquires. Ensure the clinical and financial screening criteria have been met prior to admission. Obtain necessary consents, identifications and financial documents needed to admit patient into the program. Forward financial coverage information to billing unit; verifying insurance information as necessary. Meet with clients and families upon admission. Maintain use of SalesForce. Work collaboratively with Clinical Directors, Program Administrators and other staff, providing updated information. Serve as liaison with Clinical, Marketing, Outreach Directors and teams. Participate in all staff meetings; responsible for obtaining information if not in attendance. Run weekly admissions meetings. Facilitate weekly meetings with Outreach and Marketing teams. Provide weekend and after hours on call services. Facilitate open communication with referents. Determine and facilitate appropriate financial conversations. Evaluate insurance and financial policies and supervise all insurance and financial conversations. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records; and of facility proprietary, privileged, and/or confidential information. Promote a favorable and positive work atmosphere. Attend in-services and educational training as necessary and as assigned; including seeking out learning experiences and incorporating new knowledge into practice. Handle crisis management situations effectively. Provide clinical interventions as needed. Perform other tasks, as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Health/medical background preferred. At least five years of experience in partial hospitalization setting and in-depth knowledge of community Mental Health outpatient programs. Mental Health licensure preferred. #montenido
