Description
We are looking for an experienced Director or Manager of Financial Reporting to oversee compliance with regulatory standards and ensure accurate preparation of financial documents. This role requires a leader with strong analytical skills who can manage reporting processes and contribute to organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation and submission of SEC filings, including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the production of accurate and timely annual financial reports, including Earnings Per Share (EPS) calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the organization's financial reporting framework, driving improvements and maintaining efficient procedures.
• Monitor changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the financial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all external financial reporting materials.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting, with expertise in SEC filings such as Form 10-K and Form 10-Q.
• Strong understanding of Earnings Per Share (EPS) calculations and annual financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
